Due Date for GSTR-1 has been extended

In excercise by the power conferred by Section 148 of CGST Act, 2017, the central government on recommendation by GST Council, notified the extension of GSTR-1 (Return of Outward Supply by registered person) Due Dates as below :

 For Registered Persons having aggregate turnover upto Rs. 1.5 Crore in preceding financial year, due dates for Quarterly Form GSTR-1 are below :

 

Sr. No.  Period  Due Dates
1 July-September 2017 10th January 2018
2 October- December 2017 15th February 2018
3 January – March 2018 30th April 2018

 

For Registered Persons having aggregate turnover more than Rs. 1.5 Crore in preceding financial year, due dates for Monthly Form GSTR-1 are below :

 

Sr. No.  Period  Due Dates
1 July- November 2017 10th January 2018
2 December 2017 10th February 2018
3 January 2018 10th March 2018
4 February 2018 10th April 2018
5 March 2018 10th May 2018
